Information about shipping

Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Packages within the Netherlands are sent via PostNL or DPD. We send international packages via PostNL and these are delivered in the country of destination by PostNL’s local partner.
You sometimes have to sign for receipt. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again the next day. If you are not at home again, you will receive a message that you can pick up the package at a collection location.

Packaging
All products are shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging with extra protection on the inside and also wrapped in plastic so that the lamps are protected against moisture.
Damage during shipping therefore almost never occurs. Not even for international shipments to, for example, the United States.
All our products are packed with great care so that you receive a real gift.

Delivery times
We work hard to deliver the product(s) you ordered within the stated delivery time.
All products are folded by ourselves in our studio and sent to you.
All products are shipped within 5 to 10 business days. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 working days.

It can sometimes take up to 14 working days for the Signature, Moth XXL, Thistle and Nautilus to be shipped. And 21 days for the floor lamps.

If you have an urgent order, it is best to email us so that we can see if we can deliver on a shorter term.

How long the package takes after it has been shipped depends on the country of destination.
For shipments within the Netherlands, the package will be there within 1 working day after sending. Parcels within Europe usually take 3 to 6 working days to arrive.
International shipments take an average of 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

Canada : 8 – 14 business days
North America : 10 – 15 business days
Europe : 3 – 6 business days
Australia, New Zealand : 14 – 18 business days
Asia : 14 – 18 working days
Zuid Amerika : 14 – 18 business days
North Africa and Middle East : 14 – 18 business days

Shipping costs
For an order within the Netherlands, we charge the following delivery costs, regardless of which items you want to order:

– Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders from € 90.00
– € 6.95 shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands under € 90.00

For shipping to all countries outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are listed on the product page of each product under the tab ‘shipping costs’.

In those countries you pay the shipping costs per order on the item in your shopping cart that is the most expensive to ship.
You then don’t pay any shipping costs for the other items in your shopping cart.

For most products, the following shipping costs apply outside the Netherlands:

Customs and import duties
For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties. Studio Snowpuppe has no influence whatsoever on these charges and can therefore not be held liable.
We provide all packages with an invoice statement, which means that in most cases no extra costs have to be incurred. However, we cannot guarantee this.
